2026 IP² Scale Out: Taiwan Startups to Silicon Valley
The 2026 IP² Scale Out Program is a 13-day Silicon Valley immersion for 15 selected Taiwanese startups, aiming to accelerate their U.S. market entry, investor relations, and business development. The program employs a three-track strategy: ecosystem access, curated investor exposure, and global visibility. Key events include participation in SF Tech Week, Taiwan Demo Day for direct investor pitches, and TechCrunch Disrupt 2026 for international exposure. Pre-departure training and U.S. expert advisory sessions are provided to help startups validate market opportunities, build connections, and establish a foundation for U.S. expansion.

The 2026 IP² Scale Out Program brings 15 selected Taiwanese startups to Silicon Valley for a 13-day market immersion, designed to accelerate U.S. market entry, investor engagement, and business development.
The program adopts a three-track strategy combining ecosystem access, curated investor exposure, and global visibility. During SF Tech Week (Oct. 5–11), startups will engage with Silicon Valley’s venture capital, corporate, and startup communities through industry-focused events and networking opportunities. At Taiwan Demo Day (Oct. 7), the delegation will showcase their technologies and business models directly to local investors and industry partners. The journey continues at TechCrunch Disrupt 2026 (Oct. 13–15), providing international exposure and opportunities to connect with the broader global technology and investment ecosystem.
Supported by pre-departure training and one-on-one advisory sessions with U.S.-based experts, the program helps participating startups validate market opportunities, build meaningful local connections, and establish a foundation for long-term expansion in the United States.
