CHAILEASE HOLDING COMPANY LIMITED originated in 1977 as China Leasing Company in Taiwan, providing asset-based financing. Initially focused on equipment leasing to help enterprises rapidly acquire or update machinery, it later expanded to installment sales and capital equipment acquisition. In 1995, it merged with Diho Company to enhance competitiveness and fundraising, becoming Chailease Diho. Further consolidation with Zhongrui Leasing in 1998 expanded scale and efficiency.
