The Dong family of the Nengli Group has established its fourth venture capital fund, with shareholders expected to include Chang Hwa Bank, Nengli Group, and StarLux Airlines Chairman Chang Kuo-Wei personally. The fund, with an approximate size of NT$1 billion, will be managed by a management consulting company (tentatively named Outstanding Management Consultants Co., Ltd.), chaired by Nengli Group’s second-generation chairman, Dong Jun-Yi, and is expected to start operations after the Lunar New Year next year.
